MADETILL INDUSTRIES (M) SDN BHD (MISB) was incorporated on 10th April 1996 with an authorized share capital of RM100,000-00 comprising 100,000.00 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, all of which are currently issued and paid. By year 2003 MISB authorized share capital is RM500,000.00 and paid up capital is RM250,000.00. It is principally involved in the manufacturing of metal fabrication, engineering works and Serving Dome.

MISB is a wholly owned bumiputera company. Our principal shareholders are En. Harun bin Abdul Hassan and En. Mohamad Said bin Mat Isa who is also our Managing Director and Executive Director respectively.

MISB is the only local manufacturer for Serving Dome. Our company is equipped with various machine and equipment to ensure our production capabilities. We also committed to high standards of quality control. MISB has invested in sophisticated measuring equipment and trained quality control staff to conduct stringent inspections at every stage of its production. Our Serving Dome captured 90% of the local market. We even export to Asian countries especially to Brunei and Singapore.
